Vadim Klymentiev

Biography

Vadim Klymentiev, male, dentist, implantologist, graduated from dental department, Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy in 1996. From 1996-1997, he worked in residency on the base of Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy, has got specialization in Dental Surgery, Prosthetic Dentistry and Public Health Management. Since 2009, he became the chief medical officer of the European Dental Center, Kyiv, Ukraine. He was trained in 2012-2013 within the framework of Linhart Continuing Dental Education Program in cooperation with International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and has got the Certificate of Achievement for successfully completing a course of study in Oral Implantology (New York University, College of Dentistry). In 2015 he completed postgraduate course at the National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk and obtained the degree of PhD. Theme of scientific theses deals with the aspects of improving the efficiency of rehabilitation of dental patients with defects of dentition and complicated anatomo-topographic conditions based on the improved algorithm of surgical phase of dental implantation. He performed over 10 000 operations in dental implantology. He is an author over 25 articles and 12 patents. He is an Honorary Member of the German Association of Oral Implantology (DGOI) and expert  DGOI in Ukraine.

Research Interest

Theme of scientific theses deals with the aspects of improving the efficiency of rehabilitation of dental patients with defects of dentition and complicated anatomo-topographic conditions based on the improved algorithm of surgical phase of dental implantation. He performed over 10 000 operations in dental implantology.
